Funny Date

A few weeks ago (maybe a month or so) i took my oldest daughter on a date. She'll be four in August.

Anyway, we went to eat at El Chico (big surprise) and i ate while she "hid" under the table. After convincing her that it was okay to sit at the table and eat like a "3 year old" she joined me for dinner above the table. We laughed and had some fun talking about princesses, the food, and a variety of other hot topics that are going on in a 3 year old's mind.

Once we finished, we headed for the car. i picked her up to put her in her car seat and i asked, "did you have a good time on our date?"

Her reply: "You can spank your bottom!"

Apparently, i've been using the phrase, "you can bet your bottom dollar," quite often lately and she got the words mixed up. i laughed hysterically for a few minutes while she looked at me like i must have misunderstood what she said. :)

Things are so fun when you enter into the world of 3 year old genius! :)

i LOVE The Office! It has to be one of the funniest shows i've ever seen and this clip is great.

State of the Union Address

i thought it was funny that everyone was online (at least on myspace) during Bush's speech. Regardless of political views, this clip is funny...and who knew that Cheney would know how to text message! :)
